• A minimum of 25% payment to secure your booking with the rest due 28 days before your stay.

• Full refund available if a cancellation is made 8 weeks prior to arrival.

• No refund (unless we can re-let the property) for cancellations within one month of your arrival date.

• Please ensure that you read our terms and conditions and privacy policies at the bottom of this page.

• Please recycle as much as you can. There are labelled recycling bins in the kitchen than can be emptied into the recycling area in the shed at the front of the building.

• Please respect our neighbours and only park in parking spaces allocated to you.

• Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise down.

• Please let us know of any damages straight away.

We have one high chair and one cot available. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to use these.

Both Yr Capel and Cuddfan have wood pellet burning stoves that do not have baby/toddler guards.

• Check in is between 4-10pm unless otherwise arranged.

• Check out is by 10am.

• Guests are given a key code to access the building.

Please stick to the car parking spaces allocated to your group. There is no extra on-street parking available. If you need further parking space, please let us know and we can recommend a local car park.

• Y Capel has spaces for 4-5 cars.

• Cuddfan has spaces for 2 cars.

Large vehicles may need more space so please get in touch to discuss this.

All bedding is provided as well as one hand towel per bathroom and one bath towel per person.

We would really appreciate it if you could strip your beds at the end of your stay.

We welcome well behaved dogs. Please, no dogs on beds or on the furniture.

We are cyclists ourselves and we don't want you worrying about the safety of your bikes if left outside (although this is a very safe area). We therefore provide indoor bike storage. Please let us know in advance if you require this.
